"I ordered my usual size, but..."
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way tighter than I thought it would. To me, the sizing feels a bit off, and the size chart didn’t really clear things up or help me choose differently. Shipping was totally fine, but it was frustrating having to go through the return process for something I figured would fit.

"Return process was kinda a pain"
Returning it was way more of a hassle than I expected. The whole process felt clunky and annoying, and I was just like, c’mon, this shouldn’t be that hard.

"Pretty easy site to shop on"
Used U.S. Outdoor while looking for a new jacket, easy to move around. Filters worked like they should, pages loaded fast enough, and didn’t feel like I was digging forever to find what I wanted.

Only small thing, some product pics were a little slow to pop up, and had to click around a bit for size info. Still, checkout was simple and didn’t get confused at any point.

"Prices are okay, but I didn’t feel very valued"
I ordered from usoutdoor.com and the prices felt hit or miss. A few things were decent, but a lot of the items I looked at seemed higher than what I found on other sites. Shipping went fine, so no complaints there, but overall I kind of felt ignored as a customer, like there wasn’t much effort to make the experience feel worth it. I’d probably order again if there was a good sale, but paying full price doesn’t really feel worth it to me

I ordered from usoutdoor.com because they had the thing I was looking for, and the actual ordering part was fine. The item showed up okay too, so no real issue there. I just felt like the shipping cost was higher than I expected, or maybe I missed it earlier in the checkout process. It kind of made the purchase feel less like a good deal than I thought it was going to be

"I stopped by my local store expecting..."
I stopped by my local store expecting a quick, normal visit, and at first I was trying to be patient. But after standing there while the staff basically ignored me, my mood changed fast. I went from calm to completely done with the place. i don’t see myself going back

The tracking updates came in when they were supposed to, and the package arrived just like the status said it would. that’s really all you want with shipping, clear updates and no surprises.

"Support felt like way too much work"
I ordered from usoutdoor.com and had a question about my shipment, but getting help was more frustrating than it should’ve been. Customer service did reply, but it felt like they didn’t really read my message. I ended up having to follow up again just to get a basic answer, which made the whole thing feel like too many steps for something simple. The order turned out fine in the end, but the support experience wasn’t great.

My order showed up exactly on the day they said it would, which I really appreciate. It’s nice when a company does what they promise instead of leaving you guessing. The tracking was simple to follow, the box arrived in good shape, and everything went smoothly. No complaints from me, happy with the whole experience

"Phone support was alright, not amazing"
I called about my order and got through after waiting a little while. The person I talked to was nice enough, but they didnt really have much info for me, so I ended up having to call back later. It wasnt a bad experiance or anything, just kinda average.

"Exchange was such a pain"
Trying to exchange my order turned into this whole ridiculous ordeal for no good reason. The replies were slow, it felt like I was dealing with people who had no clue what they were doing.
By the time they finally sorted it out, I was already completely over it. Such a basic thing shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth, and I definitely wouldn’t bother ordering from them again
